Sue Fraser: Sue has over 14 years experience as a Personal Trainer with a tough but realistic approach, which allows clients to understand their true potential, this builds confidence and allows them to quickly achieve their goals.

Our Approach

Your initial consultation will allow Sue to gain a clear picture of your fitness and health and any goals you want to achieve.
A full assessment can take between 30-45 minutes, we will create a detailed report on your physical capabilities and overall health status. We also test body fat, strength, core strength and flexibility. There are 3 elements to having success;

  • Training,
  • Healthy Eating and Nutrition
  • Goal Setting / Mind Set
This personal consultation gives you the opportunity to voice your desired results. This gives us the chance to tailor the personal training to your specific needs and wants.

  • Initial Consulation 50.00 euros
  • Free if you book 12 sessions
  • 12 sessions / 30 mins 450.00 euros
  • 12 sessions / 1hour   800.00 euros
  • 3 months / 3 sessions / 30 mins a week 1,100.00 euros or 36 sessions
  • Call out Personal Training at Home 1 hour 90.00 euros
  • ALL PERSONAL TRAINING & VOUCHERS EXPIRES 1 YEAR OF PURCHASE & NO RETURNS POLICY
  • CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY TEXT OR PHONE TO SUE FRASER 24HRS MIN ADVANCE OF YOUR PRE BOOKED APPTS. SESSIONS CANCELLED WITHOUT ACCEPTABLE NOTICE WILL BE PAYABLE OR DEDUCTABLE FROM YOUR SESSIONS.
